Step 1

Remove the seeds from the Medjool dates and add all ingredients (except for the desiccated coconut) to a blender or food processor. Mix until everything is well combined.

Step 2

Weigh and split the mixture into 15 equally sized protein balls. If the mixture is too dry, add a small amount of cold water to help bind it. Roll into balls.

Step 3

Roll each ball in the desiccated coconut until fully coated.

Step 4
