Step 1
Soak 50g of Linwood's Overnight Oats with 100ml of your favourite milk and stir. Alternatively, add 40g jumbo oats, 20g protein powder and then add milk. (note- the calories and macros calculated below are when using Linwood's Overnight Oats).
Step 2
Store in the fridge overnight.
Step 3
