Notes

Flatbread or Wrap – Use any flatbread or wrap of your choice
Pesto – Green pesto adds herby flavour, or use olive oil for a lighter option.
Mozzarella – Shredded mozzarella melts nicely, or try a mix with parmesan for extra flavour.
Prosciutto – Swap for smoked salmon or turkey if you prefer.
Egg – For a firmer yolk, bake an extra minute or two.
Cherry Tomatoes – Sun-dried tomatoes are a great alternative for a richer flavour.
Seasoning – Oregano or chilli flakes add a nice touch.
Balsamic Glaze – If you don’t have glaze, use a splash of balsamic vinegar.
Storage – Best fresh but can be stored in the fridge and reheated in the oven.
