These overnight oats can be prepared in advance and stored covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Fresh strawberries work best, but frozen strawberries can also be used. Allow them to thaw slightly before mixing through.
If the oats become too thick overnight, stir through a splash of milk before serving.
Use your favourite vanilla or unflavoured protein powder for the best flavour.
Add nut butter, seeds, coconut or extra fresh fruit for a different combination each time.
