  • Fresh strawberries work best, but frozen strawberries can also be used. Allow them to thaw slightly before mixing through.

  • If the oats become too thick overnight, stir through a splash of milk before serving.

  • Use your favourite vanilla or unflavoured protein powder for the best flavour.

  • Add nut butter, seeds, coconut or extra fresh fruit for a different combination each time.

  • The recipe provides approximately 30g protein per serving, depending on the protein powder and yoghurt used.
