Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. Drain and leave to cool.

320 g Dry pasta

Step 2

Fry the halloumi in a dry pan over medium heat until golden on both sides.

225 g Halloumi cheese

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, pesto, fried halloumi, quartered cherry tomatoes, and spinach.

4 tbsp Red pesto

1 handful Spinach

200 g Cherry tomatoes

Step 4

Mix well until everything is evenly coated. Season to taste and enjoy or store in the fridge to enjoy throughout the week.
