Notes

The calories below are based on 3 servings. For best enjoyment, I recommend eating within 2-3 days of making. If you make this recipe, please share it with me below in the comments - I love seeing your recreations! Potential Substitutions: Strawberries - Opt for frozen strawberries instead of fresh, or a different juicy fruit. Muesli - Can be substituted with 80g oats and 20g nuts / dried fruits of your choice. Yoghurt and Milk - substitute for dairy free / plant based Products I use: High Protein Muesli - I use Red Tractor Muesli (Australia) but there are many brands available in the supermarket. I recommend looking for one with low sugar and high protein. However, this can be substituted with 80g oats and 20g nuts / dried fruits of your choice. Dishes to serve - I always get asked about these dishes but I actually got them from a charity shop so unfortunately, I cant link them! I saw them and knew they would come in handy at some point :) Protein Powder - My go-to protein powder is the MyProtein Protein Whey Isolate in Vanilla Flavour.
