1. You can swap low-fat mozzarella for cheddar or feta for a different flavour 2. If you don’t have a toast machine, use a pan and press the wrap down with a spatula 3. Add extra veg like mushrooms or onions to the frittata for more nutrients 4. For extra crunch, toast the wrap lightly before adding the fillings.
