Notes

As an alternative to berry jam, I like to mix frozen and berries with honey and water in a pan. Cook over a low heat until runny for a lower calorie, refined sugar free alternative. For best enjoyment, I recommend eating within 3-4 days of making, and storing in the fridge in an airtight container.
